Blood draw hours: Wednesdays 7:00 to 9:30 AM (subject to change)
Primary care, with no co-pays, including:
Extended office visits (30-60 minutes or longer if needed)
Annual Physical Exams for all ages, male and female – Includes school physicals, sports physicals, camp physicals, etc.
Chronic care management (diabetes, asthma, depression and anxiety, High blood pressure, obesity, etc.)
Pre-operative evaluation
Sick visits / urgent care
Virtual visits by phone or video
Preventive care
Obesity and lifestyle coordination of care (low carb healthy fat is one aspect)
Form completion as needed
Procedures including:
Ear wax removal
EKGs
Joint injections
Bursa and trigger point injections
Mole removal*
Incision and drainage of abscesses
Skin tag removal
Cyst removal
Vision screens
Nebulizer treatments
Pap smears, GYN management *
Contraceptive management
Nexplanon insertion and removal **
In-house phlebotomy

Medical Marijuana Certification
We certify patients and non-patients for approved “serious medical conditions” as outlined on the Pennsylvania Department of Health website.
$150 for initial certification (“free” for our patients)
$100 for recertification (“free” for our patients)
